Rat 1: The old folks call us vandals, but to us it’s only play.
Girl Rat: Billy is our leader, he gets us through the day.
All: Our powers come from numbers, that’s how we know we’re strong.
It’s fun to bully people as they try to move along.
Rat 2: Yeah, Billy’s gonna lead us, tells us what we should do.
All: We all look to Billy, cause he knows what is true.
All: We live. Billy: ‘Til together we pass.
All: We breed. Our numbers grow fast.
All: We see. Girl Rat & Rat 1:That there’s nothing to show.
All: We die. We got nowhere to go.
Billy: Gather all around me. Spray my words on the wall.
There’s no jobs open and we’re lookin’ at a war.
There’s no future in our eyes, there’s just a vacant stare.
All: We live in filth and poverty, so should we really care.
Billy: I guess I love my father, but don’t want his advise.
We won’t live in alleys. Don’t make me tell you twice.
Girl Rat: Tell me why should we care? There’s war at every turn.
All: It really doesn’t matter. In the end we’re gonna burn.
